The Ypod is designed for polyfilm, visqueen or other roll sheet materials measuring 20′ wide by 100′ long or roll products with a packaged length of 32″ long by 12″ in diameter or less. Following are instructions for loading a polyfilm roll into the Ypod.

1.Typical packaging of a 20′ wide by 100′ long roll of polyfilm or visqueen. |
2. Stand box on its end. Make sure the end of the roll is flush and not telescoped. |

3. Insert spindle through the center tube. |
4. Lay box on its side, and cut open a corner of the box to expose the roll. |
|
5. Lift roll by spindle ends and set into the Ypod’s spindle supports. |
6. Ypod ready for use. |
