| The Ypod is an innovative new device for storing, handling and dispensing polyfilm, visqueen, or other roll sheet materials.
The Ypod allows you to place the unit at a fixed location and simply pull the leading edge out to the desired length. This eliminates risk of damage and reduces the problems incurred with rolling the sheeting across horizontal surfaces. The Ypod Polyfilm Dispenser has a cutting guide at the discharge slot, so a single stroke with a knife makes an exact slice through all the layers at once. The heavy roll of sheeting stays fixed and does not telescope. The Ypod also serves to protect the sheeting materials from environmental elements. The Ypod Polyfilm Dispenser allows the roll materials to be easily installed in the dispenser. The spindle assembly allows for smooth operation of the roll materials and maintains the roll in its original form thus eliminating telescoping and free rolling. The dispensing of the roll materials and the cut lengths are precise, reducing waste through length guessing and over cutting.
The cutting guide allows for easy, straight clear cutting through the multiple layers of the roll materials. Excess dispensed materials can be easily re-rolled back into the dispenser. The dispenser allows for effective dispensing of roll materials in limited and confined spaces. In addition, the dispenser can be easily handled and operated around a work site creating a more cost effective means for performing the task of dispensing roll sheet products. |
